My colleague cannot open Trados and receives the error message "Failed to initialize view 'Files View'". We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it doesn't solve the issue.
We are using the latest version of Trados 2022.
Can you suggest any other workarounds?

Please try a Trados repair (workaround 1), and if the error persists kindly perform a Trados reset following the steps indicated on the Workaround 2 from this article: - Repairing your installation of Trados Studio - RWS Customer Support.

Thanks for the suggestion. We have tried this, renaming Trados folders and then completely uninstalling Trados using revosetup.exe but none of these solutions work.
