Licence won't activate after upgrade from Windows 10 to 11

Hi there,

Due to a Windows 10 corruption my machine was serviced and upgraded to Windows 11. I have downloaded Trados 2019, for which I have a perpetual licence, and attempted to activate it again. After it failed, I reset the licence in my RWS account and waited the requisite 30 minutes or more before trying to activate again. It fails with the following message:

Could not connect to the activation server. Check the activation server address in the provider setting. The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.

My licence code is xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx.

Thanks,

Kelsie
