Thank you for your answer.

Unfortunately, I have tried several times to purchase the product through the website and via my RWS account, but the system does not allow me to complete the purchase. It seems that my previous annual subscription may be causing a conflict.

Could you someone assist me in resolving this issue as soon as possible, so that I can proceed with the monthly subscription?
