I'm replacing computers. How do I deactivate Trados in the old computer and then reactivate it in the new computer? What if I forget to deactivate Trados and no longer have the old computer? Where can I find step-by-step instructions? I have Trados Studio 2022.

In case your computer crashed, or you can no longer access Trados from your old computer, please reset your license from your RWS account – Products&Plans - Licenses&Subscriptions as indicated in the article below: Reset single user license article
Please note the process can take around 30 minutes. If you no longer can reset the license by yourself, please contact us.
