Unable to access Language Weaver

For the past two weeks I have been round and round with technical help on my blocked Language Weaver account, until finally the person helping me declared it solved and put a stop to my inquiry. But it is not solved and I still cannot get into Language Weaver.

For your information and reference, it was Case  CS0012468.

I recently upgraded from Trados 2021 to Trados 2024, and as part of the upgrade I wanted to learn to use Language Weaver. I initially created an account and was sent an email with a link that I was to use to verify the account,. When I click on the link in the email, I receive a screen that says:

Your email address could not be verified.

When I click on "sign in" from inside Trados, I receive: Your RWS ID is not linked to any Cloud account. Create an account or contact your cloud account administrator. (I have no idea who that is.)

When I log onto Language Weaver, it does recognize my account, but I don't know how to get there from within Trados.

When I click on Language Cloud from the RWS website, I receive a screen with a locked padlock saying, "

You are not authorized to access Trados

To proceed you must accept the invitation link you received via email at                                  

This email invitation, of course, is the same one mentioned above that tells me my email address cannot be verified.

Please help, as I bought this new upgrade in good faith, believing I would be able to use the features it provides. The last technician who helped me said that I had an account and had logged in, but that does not solve my problem, so please don't close this case until we can resolve it.
