Cannot activate license in my second computer - Old case number CS0013118

 I still cannot activate the license in my second computer. The license was reset, but I cannot activate it. 
 Here is a screen capture of the message I got.

 Please try to reset the license from your RWS account as described in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0038545 
 Do you have any other error message before the one from the screenshot? 
 Does your computer name contain any special characters?
