Hi,
My laptop crashed two weeks ago and I bought a new one.
The ITs managed to save most of the information including Trados. However, I cannot activate to product.
I have the activation code, but when I enter it, the following error box is displayed:
'Activation failed. Could not connect to the activation server. Check the activation server address in the provider settings. The remote server returned an error. (403) Forbidden.'
Please advise what to do

In case your computer crashed, or you can no longer access Trados from your old computer, please reset your license from your RWS account – Products&Plans - Licenses&Subscriptions as indicated in the article below: Reset single user license article

Thank you very much for your answer.
However, this could not solve my issue, because there is no a 'Reset license' option.
I have the following dipslay: Users 1; In use 0, Activation 1.
I have never used another activation.
And, unfortunately I am not able to contact the Support team and log a case.
So, I would appreciate any further ideas.
