I really need your help. I purchased Freelance Plus to be able to use SDL on my laptop and now I have no idea how to deactivate and activate it. I cannot open the programme on my laptop, it says my license is expired. What should I do exactly, please help! Thanks!!

Sounds as though you just need licensing support to free up a license.
Go to the Knowledgebase, then go to the tab called Solution Finder and now here;
Licensing Problems
- I use SDL Trados Studio 2015 / SDL Passolo 2015
-- I need to have my license reset
Also use the Chrome browser to log the case if you have it; you'll get more success in completing the form, and make sure your email address is entered correctly or nobody will be able to get back in touch with you.
