Trados 2024 – "Reset License" Not Working, Can't Deactivate on Old Lapto

Hi everyone,

I'm using Trados Studio 2024 and I ran into a licensing issue.

I no longer have access to my old laptop, so I wasn’t able to deactivate the license manually. On the new laptop, I tried using the “Reset License” option from the RWS License Self-Service portal, but it doesn’t seem to be working—nothing happens or I get an error.

Is there another way to reset or transfer my license? Or do I need to contact support directly for this?
