Trados Studio Starter Edition Licence

Hi there,

I was using the 90-day complimentary Trados Studio Starter Edition license provided by RWS. Unfortunately, my laptop was reformatted and I no longer have access to the previous installation to deactivate the license manually. I already clicked “Reset License” in my RWS account but it didn’t work, because the system still sees the license as “in use” on my old (now inaccessible) laptop.

How to solve this problem? Please advise.
