Solved - Managing license - using extra activation on new PC

Question

Hi, I had to install SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus on a new PC (old one broke down), so I reset the license and the extra activation shows as available. However, when opening Trados now on this new PC, it opens as a Test version only, and trying the activation with my existing activation code failed (I receive an error message saying that the connection to the activation server failed). I then tried the offline deactivation ... but this also failed. Could you please assist? Thank you! Best, Kristina
