Trados Freelance Annual Saver Subscription Activation


When clicking on the Subscription Tab, I get a message saying "Your subscription has expired even though I purchased the subscription an hour ago. I had a subscription that expired today and therefore purchased a new yearly subscription. I have read previous questions about this issue and I will very much appreciate urgent help because I do not understand how to clean everything related to Trados and I need to submit translation documents today.

Please see the screenshot below. When I click on Switch Accounts, there is no other account.
