Cloud account

I am trying to sign in to Trados. However, I receive a message that says that mi ID is not linked to any cloud account. Create an account or contact your administrator. I don't know how to proceed. I am using Trados on trial mode and need to activate my subscription.

    Please try keep to one post as it is easier to follow what was already advised before. My colleague indicated that you are not administrator on the account and that the subscription is not linked to your email.

    While now you have administrative rights on the RWS account, you were not added as administrator and user on the cloud account - this is why you cannot access it. So please talk to your colleagues about this, as this is not a technical issue, it's an access situation. Please talk to Valerie to add you to cloud.trados.com as an administrator and user and then you should be able to use it.
