"Reset" option not displaying for my Trados Studio 2017 Freelancer license

:My laptop was recently wiped and reset, and I am now struggling to re-activate my Trados Studio 2017 license. The "reset" option is not showing in my RWS account (even though the last time it was reset was 3 years ago). I see that logging a support case is no longer available to users without a Support and Maintenance Contract - please help, RWS!
