Not sure how to proceed after having renewed/paid my Studio 2024 Freelance subscription... do I need to download something? When will the subscription appear in my account - only at the expiry date of my previous sub?

Your subscription hasn't expired yet and it will automatically renew in July because you bought the renewal. There is no action for you to take.
