License Activation failed

Question

When I try to open my Trados Studio Application and enter the Activation code I get this prompt: "Activation failed. - Could not connect to the activation server. Check the activation server address in the provider settings. - The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden." 
 Can you please help me so that I can use my Trados Studio?
