Activation 2017 Studio Professional

Question

Hello- 
 I have SDL Studio 2017 Professional license. 
 I was trying to activate my license on the new WIndow machine, but I get errors. 
 First, when I do the regular activation, it says 
 "Activation failed. The request was aborted, COuld not create SSL/TLS secure channel." 
 Then I tried to do offline activation, as soon as I paste my license number, it says 
 "The locking criteria specified in the entitlement cannot be retrieved from this computer. Expected: VLS_LOCK_DISK_ID, VLS_LOCK _ETHERNEAT" 
 And it does not create Installation ID. 
 COuld you please give me advice.

 If you have Windows 11 try these steps: 
 Open Device Manager- Network Adapters- Action - Add Legacy Hardware - Install the hardware that I manually select from a list - Network adapters , choose a network adapter. 
 In Windows search bar type "Device Manager" and open it and then go to: Network Adapters - Action - Add Legacy Hardware - Install the hardware that I manually select from a list - Network adapters - Choose a network adapter (Microsoft > Microsoft KM -Test). 
 Then try again offline activation.
