You own a Trados 2022 Freelance license only, so I'm surprised the old license still worked. Please note an upgrade is different from buying a new separate license, so we cannot guarantee the functioning of old licenses long term. If you want to use your Trados 2022, please reset the license, see this article https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0038545

Yes, it worked and it was very useful. I see my 2014 license. Can I re-activate that one?
An upgrade is different from buying a new separate license. You upgraded to Trados 2022, so you do not own these old licenses anymore. You do not own Trados 2014 or 2017, and even so, these are not supported versions of Trados.
