Need help to get my Trados 21 up and running again.

Dear RWS Support,

Last week, I changed the name of my PC in Windows from the default one to one that I can remember. Today, when I started Studio 2021 Freelance, it came up with an error saying the my perpetual licence has expired. The perpetual licence was registered to my PC with the old (default) name, so I just manually typed the new name into the popup box in Studio. However, this has not worked and now Studio just informs me that my product license is not activated and closes.

I have gone into my SDL account, copied the activation code, and pasted it into the activation popup prompt that Studio now gives on start up. However, Studio gives the following messages seen on screen shot below.

Can you please advise me on how to get Studio working on this same PC that now has a different name to when I first activated Studio?

Error message stating 'Activation failed. Could not connect to the activation server. Check the activation server address in the provider settings. The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.' with an OK button.
