I bought an upgrade from Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus to Trados Studio 2024 Freelance Plus.
I can see the upgrade available in my account, but when I click to process the upgrade, nothing happens.

I have verified your account and the upgrade has been processed

When you start the processing of the upgrade it usually takes a couple of minutes, so perhaps this is why you thought nothing happens.
Please check again your RWS account, as the upgrade has been processed.

Yes. I did retry a couple of hours after sending the query and for some mysterious reason it worked at that time.
