Firstly, if you wish to post a screenshot from your account, please make sure you blur details like activation code and email address or other personal details.

Secondly, you have one activation that is available, so please try to activate offline your license and use the second activation.

Also, just to eliminate confusion, we don't issue activations or issue new licenses - these are either deactivated or reset.

Now, you have a Trados Studio Freelance Plus 2019 license, which means you can activate Trados on two different devices using the same activation code. If you look at the License, you can see at Available you have one that is free and one that is not.

And here is how to activate the license offline, since it's an older license we noticed the offline activation works better for them:
