Hello,
I've just discovered that reseting a license can be done 3 times during 12 month period.
I have 5 trados 2022 freelance license (one single and two with extra liceses).
4 licences were successfully reset and activated on June 24, 2024,
but one of the licences could not be reset as 3 times limit was reached.
Could you please reset this as soon as possible,
and would you be able to increase the reset limit as I'm working in a secure offline environment
where system wide change is frequent such that trados licences activated offline is repeatedly lost?
