Trados Studio 2021 upgrade to Studio 2024 : lot of problems

Hi everyone,

I have just buy the upgrade from Trados Studio 2021 to Trados Studio 2024 - 18.0.2.3255.

It was an offer until June 30.

Everything was fine with my Studio 2021 and now I have a lot of troubles.

Everytime I want to open a project, a TM or another Trados file format from my any folder, I have the error message hereinbelow:

Also the plugins: when I want to install OpenAI and LanguageWeaver, they seem to be installed but when I close and open the program to finlise the installation as requesting, they disappear. They has never been installed for me.
