Error when trying to activate the second licence

Question

When trying to activate the second licence of Trados Studio 2024 Freelance Plus, I receive this message:

And after that in my account it seems like I have used up this licence, while in reality I am sill in a 30-day trial period... Please help me how to solve this issue. Thank you.

 Please try to reset the license from your RWS account as described in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0038545 
 Then c hange the name of you computer in one that doesn`t contain any special characters, restart the computer and try to activate the license again.
