Help Creating a Project Package

Question

I have another Trados license but I forgot the password of the email associated with it. When using that license, the option to create a project package is greyed out and when I hover over it with my mouse, I get a message that asks me to upgrade in order to enable this option. I thought I bought the right license. How can I fix this issue?

Hi Dalia Elsoudani , thank you for reaching out to us. 
 
 Creating packages requires a Professional license. You can create a return package if you receive a package to work on, but you can&rsquo;t create a package in the first place.
