Missing Language Weaver Option (RWS account not synced)

Hi team,

My team is trying to activate Trados for me, but they are not able to activate Language weaver for me even though we have the license, the option seems to be missing. My colleague has it but to there because it gives me this error:

"Your RWS is not linked to any cloud account"

Could anyone please help?
