Am using passolo Single user license, I want to transfer the license from old machine to new machine.
I have tried to de-activate and activate, I have gone through the document, how to do it.
But am able to de-activate the license in my old machine. It got de-activated. When I verified in the portal, it is still in Use. Need support on this.
