Transfer license from old machine to New Machine

we have raised a case for rest the license, one of the support person did the rest, But am not able to activate the license for SDL passolo 2011, when i tried to activate, it didn't activated and in the portal it is in USE state. not able to activate/De-activate.

Also include my colleague in the case, it is bit urgent, we are struggling from few hours.

    You already have a case opened community.rws.com/.../transfer-license-from-old-machine-to-new-machine 

    And our colleague from chat already informed your colleague that she added a note to the support case so your colleague be added to the emails exchange for the case.

    While I understand there is an emergency for using the license, you need to understand that, since you don't have a paid support contract, the time to manage your case may take up to 48 hours, as priority have the customers with the paid contract. In the post where the support case was opened, this was mentioned.
