Had to reinstall Windows 11 on my laptop and therefore am now reinstalling Trados Studio Freelance 2022 that I bought a few years ago.
My account page offers an "Activation code" that the application does not accept.
Your online help suggests installing a Trados Activation Manager (or some such) that is supposed to be in the Account => Downloads section, but there is no such application there.
I have tried "reset" on my license, but it is still rejected by the application which I installed today.
Why is this still so awkward a process? It's frankly very surprising from a professional software provider.
