Very urgent_cannot renew my one-month subscription

Fifteen days ago, after countless attempts to purchase a one-month license for SDL Trados Studio — and countless more attempts to resolve the issue with someone from the sales team — the following happened: I managed to reactivate the RWS license for SDL Trados Studio 2022 through an RWS employee who, after I had spent several days trying to purchase a new monthly license without success (because the RWS website had issues with all of my email accounts), contacted the management team (I believe that's what she said) and, via Teams, after repeatedly confirming that I couldn't complete the purchase through my account, eventually provided it to me internally.

They told me that once the 14 days had passed, if I hadn't canceled the subscription, it would automatically renew. But none of that has happened, and I now have a completed project and a part still pending delivery to the client.

That's why I urgently need to resolve this. I don't mind using SDL Trados 2024 as long as I can recover that file.

But the point — and this is what's important — is that I cannot purchase SDL Trados from any of my email accounts, because for some reason (perhaps due to previous licenses I’ve had) it doesn’t work.

So I kindly ask you to contact whoever is necessary, as it has been thoroughly confirmed that the issue is not on my end: I simply cannot purchase the product.
