I recently changed laptops because my old computer crashed and is no longer accessible. I followed the instructions provided in the support article (gateway.rws.com/csm and reset the license from my RWS account under Products & Plans > Licenses & Subscriptions.
After waiting the required 30 minutes, I attempted to activate the license on my new laptop, but I keep getting a message that the license is expired. I repeated the reset process three times, waited 30 minutes each time, and even tried the offline activation, but nothing has worked. The license status now shows "license expired," and I cannot proceed.
This is urgent, as I need to work on several active projects and now I cannot reset the license since I exceeded the allowed limit.
Please escalate this to the technical licensing team so that the license can be released and I can activate Trados on my new machine.
