Hello,

I was wondering if someone has had the same problem. When I try to open my project package in Trados, I land on the home screen, but I cannot perform any actions on it, it won't let me.

It looks like my freelance subscription is deactivated.

- I purchased my one-year subscription in March 2025, so it should still be active.

- When I try to activate my subscription, an error message tells me that I have reached the maximum number of devices, but I only have it installed on one.

-The other possibility is that there is a problem with server connectivity, but since I cannot access Trados, I can't go in to fix it.

When I was at home in the States, it worked fine. Right now I am in France on vacation, and the problem has appeared here, so the change of location might have something to do with the issue. Any idea how I can regain access to Trados?
