I'm writing because I have deactivated the product (Studio 2024 Professional) on my old computer and I'm trying to install it on the new one without any luck. It won't let me either online or offline. The error message says that the activation certificate is not valid, but it's the one I have in my RWS account and in my mail.
I have tried (and deactivated) it several times. What can I do?
