Unable to access Language Weaver

Hello team,

I do have all the admin rights. I have the same permissions as my colleague Anne. However, whenever I try to sign in to Trados, I receive the following error:
“Your RWS ID is not linked to any cloud account.” 

Could anybody please help me understand why despite of having an RWS account, it gives the above error and doesn't allow me to use the Language Weaver option in Trados.
