License deactivation

Hi,

I'm trying to deactivate my current Trados Studio 2024 Freelance license to switch to a Professional License. 
In SDL Trados Studio, when I click on "Product Activation" and "Deactivate", the following message pops up.

Then, I click on "Oui" (Yes) and it goes back to the following screen, as if the license was still active.

When I click on "OK" to close the window, the following message appears, but when I reopen the software, the license is still showing as active.
Information dialog box stating: 'The product license has been deactivated and Trados Studio will now exit. To start Trados Studio again, you must activate the product.' with an 'OK' button.
Could you help me solve this issue?
