Activation failed - SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus

Question

When I tried to activate my licence on SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus on my new laptop, the following error message was returned. 
 "Activation failed. Could not connect to the activation server. Check the activation server address in the provider settings. -The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden." 
 I attempted to activate offline, however, when I entered my activation code into the Offline Activation window, I received the following message and was unable to obtain my Installation ID. 
 "The requested service is not available: SDL.Desktop.Platform.Services.ITelemetry.Service." 
 Please advise what should be done to rectify this issue.

Hello Ryoko Omachi 
 Try these steps: 
 In Windows search bar type "Device Manager" and open it and then go to: Network Adapters - Action - Add Legacy Hardware - Install the hardware that I manually select from a list - Network adapters - Choose a network adapter (Microsoft > Microsoft KM -Test). 
 Then try again offline activation.
