Hi, one of my computers crashed and I bought a new one but I couldn't deactivate the Studio license in the old one and now I can't activate Studio on my new one.

Please try to reset the license from your RWS account as described in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0038545
Then try to reactivate it.
