Hello,
I am unable to work on Trados 2022.
I get the Product Activation popup, where my account, email address, subscription is listed. I can see on the upper right corner that I am logged in.
However, when I click on OK on the Product Activation I get this message "The product license has been deactivated and Trados Studio will now exit. To start Trados Studio again, you must activate the product."
When I click on My Account, my license status is Active and Expiry Date is 24-01-2026, the Nothing has worked, neither repair, uninstall, re-install.
I would appreciate any help, since I am on a deadline.
