Trados needs a new activation code after using it for over a year but won't accept the normal activation code and won't let me deactivate either

Hello, I use my Trados 2022 every day. Suddenly it is asking to be activated requiring an activation code.
I go to My account, export the activation code to Excel and when inserting on the SDL Trados a pop-up appears "No licenses are currently available for the specified activation code.
What is happening? How can I get the software to work?
I have tried deactivating through my RWS account but this doesn't work either.
