New Studio subscription won't work after old expired

Hello,

My Studio 2022 subscription just expired in the middle of a task (without a heads-up). So, I purchased a new subscription, since there was no option to renew the old one. Now Studio claims I have no valid subscription and I can't work. I've tried both Studio 2022 and 2024.

Also, I have a support contract but can't log in to the support forum to file a ticket.

I'm on a deadline, so any ideas would be highly appreciated.
