Cannot connect to the license server - activate a license server only works on host PC

We recently purchased 2 Trados 2024 Professional (Network) licenses.

I have installed the Trados License Manager on my PC and successfully activated both licenses. When I access Trados Studio 2024, go to Alternative activation options, Use a license server and input my device name, I can successfully activate the license.

However, when a colleague tries the same steps, they get the following error:

Cannot connect to the license server. Check that you have entered the correct license server name and that you have network access. 

Error details: No connection to XX.

My PC is turned on and I have the Trados License Manager open. 

Please can you let me know what is missing?
