I have downloaded the Trados 2024 demo version. It went all fine till I added a number of plugins. When I tried to open Studio again it failed to open after "création de la fenêtre d'application". So I asked a few questions through your chat and did what Elisa suggested:
1) I deleted "LanguageCloudMachineTranslation.bin" from C:\Users\%Username%\AppData\Roaming\Trados\Trados Studio\Studio18... but it did not work
2) I did the Workaround 2 at this link gateway.rws.com/csm. The only thing more I saw was "Nous configurons" (Configuring) after the Studio loading. And when the system asked if I wanted some examples at the opening of Studio I checked the box to say yes, and then Studio disappeared.
It is all very strange... The only thing I wanted to add is that I am not a beginner, I have been using Trados for many years, and at the present time I am using Studio 2021, I now want to try Studio 2024 because I still happen to work occasionally as a freelance translator.
