Hello,
I have SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus, which comes with two licenses. I've moved overseas and need to deactivate them both to use them in my new home, but I no longer have access to the PCs where the licenses are active. Therefore, I need to reset them. However, when I click the option "Reset License", I get the following message:
"You can only reset your license 3 times within 12 months, it appears you have exceeded this limitation and the option to reset your license is no longer available."
Could you please help me find a way to reset or deactivate the licenses so that I can use them on my new PC and laptop? Thank you!
