my computer is broken so the support erased the entire C-drive in order to re-install Windows. How can I get an offline Deactivation Code, so I can re-installe Trados on my re-installed Windows?

The easiest way to deactivate your license is to reset it from your RWS account, Products and Plans - Licenses, see this article for details https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0038545
