Cannot sign in to Trados Studio 2022 Professional

Question

When I sign in to Trados Studio 2022 using my rws ID, I get an error saying my RWS ID is not linked to any cloud account and requesting me to create an account or contact the cloud accound administrator. 
 Is there anyway to sign in?
