Dear all,
I cannot upgrade from Trados Studio 2017 to 2024. In order to be compatibility with my main customer, I need a subscription to Freelance Annual Saver version.
Using his link that includes elibility for a sales discount, the form I have to fill in, however, seems not to let me use my own VAT number. My customer's VAT number is from Switzerland, mine from Germany.
Is there a possibility to profit from my customer's discount without using this link or form?
Unfortunately, I cannot ask the support as I do not have a support license nor does the real time chat in my browser work and I cannot find a phone number.
