Cannot reset subscription.

I need your help.
Now I installed Trados on my New PC, and deactivated my account on my old PC.
But I cannot activate the account on my New PC.
I asked Anca, and she told me how to reset your subscription: How to reset the Trados subscription
Then I have visited https://account.rws.com/ and click manage subscription, then access denied page appered.

Access denied page on RWS Trados website with a lock icon, message stating lack of permissions, and links to go back to Trados or sign out.
