Unable to Reactivate Trados 2019 License After License Server Manager Upgrade (Error ID: 43034)

Hi,

We have recently increased the number of Trados 2024 licenses. Due to an issue during activation, we decided to upgrade the License Server Manager from version 17.0.0.648 to 18.0.79.

Before the upgrade, we deactivated all our licenses (Trados 2019, 2021, 2022, and 2024), and then proceeded with the installation of the new License Server Manager. After the upgrade, we were able to reactivate all versions except Trados 2019.

When attempting to activate the Trados 2019 license, we encountered the following error:

"An error occurred while retrieving your license. Error ID: 43034"

Could you please advise us on how to resolve this issue?
