We have recently upgraded two Trados 2022 licenses to Trados 2024.
On the License Server Manager, the Trados 2024 licenses appear to be activated correctly, just like our other version licenses (2019, 2021, 2022).
However, when we try to launch Trados 2024 on a client machine over the network, we receive the following error message:
"Cannot connect to the license server. Please make sure that the server name you entered is correct and that you are connected to the network. Error details: No connection could be made to the following address: xxx.xxx.x.xx"
On the same client machine, Trados 2022 launches without any issues, and connects to the License Server without problems.
We were advised that the issue might be related to the License Server Manager itself, so we updated it to the latest version. However, the problem persists: Trados 2022 works, but Trados 2024 still cannot retrieve a license.
Could you please advise us on how to resolve this issue?
