Trados Studio 2017 - online deactivation failed. Offline deactivation failed.

I have an old laptop (with Trados Studio 2017) and a new one. Want to deactivate the license on the old laptop and reactivate it on the new one. I tried both, online and offline deactivation. Both failed

What do I do now?
